The British Association of Removers represents over 500 of the leading professional movers in the country. As members, Fergusons Removals are governed by stringent minimum membership requirements, and have been inspected to assess operational and financial viability.

We are required to adhere strictly to the following Code of Practice, ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers.

	We will be honest, responsible and fair in all our dealings with our customers and the general public.
	We will provide a clear description of the work we are to carry out, what preparation the customer undertakes to do and base our quotations upon this.
	We will ensure that all of our staff are courteous, competent and committed to providing a high standard of service.
	We will provide all of the materials and equipment necessary for the professional completion of the removal contract according to our quotation.
	We will always meet the requirements of membership specified by the British Association of Removers.
	We will do our utmost to fulfil our obligations under this code of practice. If we should fail to do so, we will always receive complaints courteously and if they are justified, take prompt and effective action to rectify the matter.
